My Approach
After 37 years in Big Law, I decided to step out on my own. I have developed a concept for the cost effective delivery of top quality legal services. When a client presents a problem, I assess whether the matter will be most effectively handled by me alone or by assembling an expert team chosen for your particular needs. If the latter, I reach out to other ex-pats of Big Law with whom I have harmoniously worked in the past and together we form a team and a detailed legal plan of action. I remain fully responsible to the client for strategy, tactics, reporting and work product. This creation of a "virtual law firm" allows the efficient use of legal talent, consistent with the appropriate competence to accomplish the task. For 10 years now, the result for clients has been a Big Law work product at a significantly reduced cost.
